Aganorsa Leaf

Aganorsa Leaf (formerly Casa Fernandez) is owned and operated by Eduardo Fernández and his son Max. The Miami-based company is fully vertically integrated, benefitting from the family's many tobacco farms throughout Nicaragua, as well as factories in Miami and Nicaragua.

The company is best known for their Casa Fernandez, Guardian of the Farm, and JFR cigar lines. With Guardian of the Farm—first introduced in 2016—the company collaborated with Warped Cigars, subsequently introducing a modernized appearance quite different from anything else in their portfolio. The modern look was much more akin to one of the many brands in Warped's lineup, and the cigars were quick to gain attention, including the No. 8 Cigar of the Year from Cigar Aficionado in 2017. Guardian of the Farm marked the first of many changes, including the company's name (moving from Casa Fernandez to Aganorsa Leaf in 2018), a modernized look, and a new focus on the Fernández family's tobaccos—collectively known as Aganorsa.
